The simple version: The 7-day free trial is your chance to confirm Lux Handoff works for your setup before paying. If you purchase and immediately discover a genuine technical incompatibility we can't resolve, email us within 48 hours and we'll refund you. Beyond that, your trial period was the test drive.
Our refund window
After purchase, you have 48 hours to request a refund if you encounter a genuine technical issue we cannot resolve (compatibility problem, key activation failure, or similar).
We tighten this window — rather than offering a no-questions-asked guarantee — because the 7-day free trial already gives you a full week to verify the product works for you before any money changes hands. The 48-hour post-purchase window exists for genuine "I bought it and immediately found something broken" situations, not as a second free trial.
Monthly subscribers: If you subscribed and have not yet activated your key, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund. Once a key has been activated and delivered, refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions — please use the free trial to evaluate the product before subscribing.
How to request a refund
Email support@luxwealthgroup.com.au within 48 hours of purchase with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your Stripe order or receipt number
- A short description of the technical issue you encountered
We'll first try to help you fix the issue — most problems are resolved within a single email exchange. If we can't resolve it, we refund within 2 business days (AEST). Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What we will always refund
- Duplicate charges — no time limit, always refunded
- Genuine technical failures — issues we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe
- Unauthorised charges — payments you can demonstrate weren't made by you
What we generally won't refund
- "Changed my mind" requests after the 48-hour window
- Issues you would have discovered during the 7-day free trial
- Refund requests where you haven't first contacted us to attempt to fix the problem
- Monthly subscription payments after a key has been activated and used
Browser compatibility
Lux Handoff runs on Chromium-based desktop browsers — Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc, and Opera. It does not work on Firefox, Safari, or any mobile browser. The 7-day free trial lets you verify compatibility on your specific browser before paying — please install and test on the browser you actually plan to use before purchasing.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks cost both of us time and money, and a quick email usually gets you the same outcome faster.
